Create

Click on Master->Database--> New Database

After Click on New Database, the form will appear and now need to enter PublisherDB and PublisherDBModule.

PublisherDB: Click on DB tab and filled require details.

PublisherDBModule: For PublisherDbModule, clicking on Modules tab and enter Module Name, Database user, Db Password, Database Roles.
