Right Click on Course in My Courses -> New Forum Post.
Fill the details and Save.
Now you can add comments to a particular forum post .
Right Click on Course in My Courses -> View Forum Post. List will appear.
To open any forum post , right click on post -> Open Forum Post
Please check your uploaded file extension.
Please Select a file.
