To create a survey, navigate LMS > Survey > New Survey.
Fill all the details and Save.
Questions: We can add various type questions under this tab.
After click on + sign open this window. Now we can select question for created test and save it.
After saved selected questions, showing this we can also edit/delete question using mention key under action.
Config: We can set configuration for created test under this tab.
Assignment: We can assigned created survey to Instructor or Learner under this tab.
After filling all the tab details , click on Save.
To view all surveys, navigate LMS > Survey > List of Surveys.
List of Surveys created by the Admin/instructor will appear.
Right click on survey -> Edit Survey
To browse a stand along Survey, navigate Survey > Browse Survey.
Browse Survey Screen as an Admin/Instructor to check the related information of a particular stand along Survey.
Please check your uploaded file extension.
