INBOUND EMAIL

Create

You can create Inbound Email by following the given steps:

Step-1: Click on CRM -> In Bound Emails then click on Context menu -> Actions -> New In Bound Emails. In Bound Emails form will appear.



STEP-2: Enter Inbound Email details and fill the details in the Assign user Tab.




STEP-3: Click on Save.

List

Step-1: Click on CRM menu and select In Bound Emails. In Bound Emails list will appear.



Edit

You can edit Inbound Email by following the given steps:

STEP-1: Select the Inbound Email that you want to edit from Inbound Email List. Right click on it. Select Edit Inbound Email. The form will display.



STEP-2: Edit Inbound Email details and Save the form.
