Select employee from employees menu and right click on it. Select Add Employee Loan.
Loan form will appear. Fill the details and click on Save.
You can add loan installment in respective tabs like if installment deducted from salary , add row in Pay Period , if from incentive , add row in incentive tab , if from bonus , add row in bonus tab and from any other medium , add row in adhoc tab .
List
Click on Payroll -> Loans. Loans list will appear.
Edit
Select the loan from loan list and right click on it. Select Edit Employee Loan option. Loan form will appear. Edit the details and click on Save.
Note : You can check employee loan on browse employee also.
