To see the listing of publisher, click on Applications Menu - > Publishers.
Select the publisher -> Right click -> Edit Publisher. Publisher form will appear.

Click on Add New button.
Edit the details and click on Save.
To copy the details of the publisher, right click on the publisher -> Copy Publisher.
Please check your uploaded file extension.
