To create partner , click on Subscription - > Partners -> Actions -> New Partner. Form will appears. Fill the details and save.
To see the listing of partners, click on Subscription Menu - > List of Partners.
You can Edit Vendor by right click on partner.
Please check your uploaded file extension.
