CASE

Create

You can create your Case by following the given steps:

STEP-1: Click on Activity -> Cases then click on Menu Context menu -> Actions -> New Case. Case form will appear.



STEP-2: Fill Case Details.



STEP-3: Assign Case to User or team by selecting single or multiple entries from the list.

STEP-4: Click on Save button.

List

Click on Activity -> Cases. The list of Cases will display.



Edit

You can edit Case by following the given steps:

STEP-1: Select the Case that you want to edit. Right click on it and select Edit Case.



STEP-2: Edit the details and click on Save button.

View

You can view Case by following the given steps:

STEP-1: Select the Case that you want to view. Right click on it and select View Case.
