You can create prospect list by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Click on Prospects -> Prospect Lists then click on Context menu -> Actions -> New Prospect List Option. Prospect List form will appear.
STEP-2: Enter the Prospect details.
STEP-3: Select a List Type (Account, Lead, Person, User).
In above image we have selected Account in List Type. Here, we can click on Add Account which will redirect us to Customer form and after successfully saving Customer form and redirecting back to Prospect List Form.
We can select saved customer data by clicking on Select Account.
Note: Add Account will only work after saving Prospect List Form.
STEP-4: Assign Prospect List to User or team by selecting single or multiple entries from the list.
STEP-5: Click on Save Button.
List
STEP-1: Click on Prospects -> Prospect Lists. Prospect Lists list will appear.
Edit
You can edit Prospect List by following the given steps:
STEP-1: Select Prospect List from Prospect Lists list and right click on it. Select Edit Prospect List option. Prospect Lists form will appear.
STEP-2: Edit Prospect List Detail and Save the form.
