Step-1: When you click on Risersoft ESS shortcut on your mobile screen, it shows splash screen then Authenticate page will appear.
Step-2: Enter your registered email id or contact number. Click on Next.
Then password field will appear.
Step-3: Enter your password. Password has been sent to your registered email.
In case of Windows users or Imported users, password will be same as Windows password. Click on Sign In.
Note : If you do not receive any password email or you forgot your password. You can click on Forgot Password option to set your own password.
Step-4: Enter OTP which has been sent to your registered mobile number. If two factor authentication is false, there is no need for OTP.
After entering OTP, click on Sign In. Select account page will appear. Select your account. If there is only one account, this page will not appear.
It automatically connects to your account. Click on Submit.
