In Inventory app , click on Home -> New -> Vendor -> Third Party Invoice.
You can manage Third Party Bill... by Click on Purchase -> Invoices -> Third Party Bill. Third Party Bill list will appear.
Right click -> Edit Invoice of Third Party.
Please check your uploaded file extension.
