In Inventory app , Home -> New -> Vendor -> Invoice Rate Note . Select Invoice Type -> Supplementary Bill.
You can manage Vendor Supplementary Bill... by Click on Purchase -> Invoices -> Vendor Supplementary Bill. Vendor Supplementary Bill list will appear.
Through Inventory app. Invoice -> Purchase -> Vendor Supplementary Bill .
