In Inventory app , New -> Vendor -> Invoice Rate Note . Select Invoice Type -> Supplementary Bill.

List

You can manage Vendor Supplementary Bill... by Click on Purchase -> Vendor Supplementary Bill. Vendor Supplementary Bill list will appear.

Through Inventory app. Purchase -> Vendor Supplementary Bill .
